煤矿信息化协同管控平台的研究与应用

Research and application of coal mine information collaborative management control platform

摘要: 针对传统综合自动化系统中存在的集成深度不够、数据利用率不足等问题,研究并开发了煤矿信息化协同管控平台。平台利用分层架构与领域驱动设计方法学,实现了对包括煤矿安全监控、生产过程控制、安全管理、生产调度等多个子系统的数据采集、传输、存储、分析与处理|挖掘发现煤矿生产环节中的多个关联规则,提供切实可用的辅助决策支持。通过现场多地的使用表明,平台实现了业务间的协同管理与控制,降低了生产成本和各类安全隐患事故发生次数,提升了应急救援能力,提高了生产效率,有效促进了煤矿企业安全高效生产。

Abstract: In view of the problems in traditional integrated automation system of coal mine such as less depth and insufficient data utilization and so on, this paper researched and developed a new coal mine information collaborative management control platform. It provided for data acquisition, transmission, storage, analysis and processing of several subsystems including security monitoring, production process control, security management, production scheduling by utilizing a layered architecture and domain-driven design methodology. It provided a practical and available assistant decision-making support on the basis of mining association rules. According to field use shows that it reduces the number of occurrences of the cost of production and a variety of security risks of accidents, improves the emergency rescue capacity, enhances productivity, and promotes the safe and efficient production of coal mining enterprises.
